Pilates with Claire believe in fostering a whole body approach to physical wellness by nurturing both the mind and body. Our well equipped boutique studio is home to both mat and apparatus classes along with exciting wellness events and workshops to enrich your experience with us.

We are a small team dedicated to supporting our members in their quest for optimal physical health and well-being. Whether you are new to Pilates or seeking to your broaden your practise, we're here to assist you in achieving your goals

We help you to achieve this through tailored individual sessions or small group matwork and apparatus classes. All classes encompass the Pilates principles as well as the corner stone elements of improved overall strength and flexibility.

Our tranquil studios welcome you into an environment designed to melt away nervous tension and allow you to prioritise self-care, cultivate resilience and reconnect your mind and your body no matter what stage of life you are at.

The Studio is a lovely space and is well equipped with everything we need each class. Claire is a hugely experienced teacher and very knowledgeable about the physiology of Pilates, is also very good at advising how to do each movement depending on any health issues. She knows all her students by name which is extraordinary and their limitations. Each week she explains what area we are working on and by the end of each class you really know you’ve worked those areas! The lesson plans she has created for me on the mat then reformer machines have been an invaluable tool to help me day to day and I wouldn't be where I am today without my classes. If you're looking to do pilates, I couldn't recommend Claire enough. Her knowledge is endless as is her compassion and patience. You are really looked after in a very calm, kind, relaxed environment.
