Each workshop includes light refreshments and healthy snacks, an informative talk, and up to two matwork sessions, where you'll get to put everything you've learned into practice.

Pilates for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Our Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (PFD) workshop is designed to help women understand, manage, and even improve PFD. Together, we’ll explore common signs of pelvic floor dysfunction, discuss when to seek support from a women’s health physio, and identify safe and effective exercises for PFD, as well as exercises to avoid. The workshop concludes with a pelvic floor-safe matwork routine, and attendees will receive exclusive access to this routine online for continued practice at home. This workshop is ideal for anyone looking to gain control, confidence, and a better understanding of their pelvic health.
